ports/93420: [MAINTAINER] mail/MailScanner: update to 4.50.15 Rev 1

Hi Sergey,

there seems to be a problem with this commit. I see a difference in
files/mta.sh.in:

If I check out the port via cvs the correct mta.sh.in seems to be there. But
it is not distributed via cvsup (neither on my machines nor on a lot of user
servers). Unfortunatly without these three lines people without rc.subr and
sendmail know how are in trouble... Could you please recheck this and make
sure that the three lines make it in cvsup?
