You are right, this is not a problem with portupgrade, and it does gets
solved by setting WITHOUT_WEB=yes for build of any jdk-dependent port.
However, this looks like it is neither documented nor neat.
What is the correct way to resubmit pr to java people? Close this one
and make a new pr or someone with enough rights can recategorize the pr
based on this new information?
