ports/92928: devel/ldconfig_compat broken under 4.8

 The antique, buggy make in 4.8 dies in certain cases on conditionals.
 Try putting spaces between the clause and the parens and see if it helps.
 e.g. instead of (clause), ( clause ).
 
 I hate to sound like a broken record, but all systems with that buggy
 make are completely out of support, even secteam support, and we no
 longer require our porters to test for them.
