ports/92860: /usr/ports/graphics/libfpx - broken, version not longer available, patch included

 But none of the mirrors listed in /usr/port/grafics/libfpx/Makefile 
 contains the file /ImageMagick/delegates/libfpx-1.2.0.13.tar.bz2 
 anymore. So automated build will fail. I agree with the fact it's a 
 quite useless update, but without the minor update the port will become 
 unavailable to new users.
