Committed, with minor change. I removed last entry of pkg-plist,
%D/libdata/ldconfig/libtecla will never be created for this port,
because it installs all libs on ${PREFIX}/lib and use USE_LDCONFIG=yes.
So, it's not necessary. Thanks!
