>Description:
I observed a problem with star 1.4.3.

star 1.4.3 hangs with 100 % cpu utilization
if you try to untar a backup made with an actual version of star 1.5

The problem is described on the programmers homepage
(http://cdrecord.berlios.de/old/private/star.html):

Warning: star-1.5a28 and later may create 'global' POSIX.1-2001 extended headers.
star-1.5a25 and earlier have a bug and will go into an endless loop if you try to read archives with global extended headers.

>How-To-Repeat:
1. create a backup with star 1.4.3
2. try to untar it with star 1.4.3
>Fix:
Remove star 1.4.3 and make a binary package of star-1.5.a75
(which works without any problems)
