I'm so sorry! I thought the answer was sent 3 weeks ago, but the sendmail
on my PC had another opinion :(

Anyway, our patch was rewritten and sent as separate PR:
 http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=95976
as is, in my opinion, the right way when ipplan has only ONE subdir
in /var/spool/ and MANY subdirs in /var/spool/ipplan than
has MANY subdirs in /var/spool/ like /var/spool/ipplanexport...,
 /var/spool/ipplanimport... etc

Therefore, this PR could be closed and pr=95976 should be approved
