	The new version of cedet is using some emacs21 only functions
	(e.g, plist-member). So I'd look this port is no longer
	supported on emacs20 from the upstream maintainer, as well as
	devel/ecb-emacs20.

	This PR marks the port for deletion at the end of this year,
	in case someone still interested in it and volunteer to
	maintain it.
