	Portmanager still coredumps under FreeBSD 6.0 unless it is compiled
	with WITH_DEBUG=1.  Fixing this one is going to be a pain so for now
	setting the port to default build with WITH_DEBUG=1

>How-To-Repeat:

	Under FreeBSD 6.0 build portmanager without setting the debug option,
	then run it.

>Fix:

	Set as default WITH_DEBUG=1
