ports/85996: wiliki requires gauche-sxml to run, but case mismatch

 I've learned the latest version of WiLiKi is now 0.5.3.  The problem seems
 fixed in the latest version.  So that, the class for this PR should be
 "update" for now.
 
 Meanwhile, the combination of the current ports versions of WiLiKi and
 gauche is not recommended.  Because the auther says WiLiKi-0.5 wouldn't
 run on gauche-0.8.4 or later.
