The www/zope port creates a directory /usr/local/www/Zope/Products
containing a single file, 00readme-freebsd.txt, that says:

    This directory is used for install Zope products via ports/package.
    All products in here are enabled on all Zope instances.

However, its contents are *not* enabled on any Zope instances without
manual intervention (such as copying or symlinking its contents into the
Products directory inside an instance).
