Just found another port which has INSTALL_SHLIB instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB.

Please add a check for INSTALL_SHLIB, INSTALL_SHLIBS and INSTALL_SHLIBS
and display an error saying that it should be INSTALLS_SHLIB.
