Hello there!

i`ve got a problem with my acer note light 370 pcx running freebsd 5.4 and xorg 6.8.2.

well, everything seemed to be fine, xorgconfig worked, "startx" gives me X and the
wmaker-desktop, the touchpad works fine, but i cant get input from my keyboard.
i found out that xorg uses more and more processortime after pressing a key on the
keyboard, but nothng else happens.
when i start "X" i can at least kill the server with standard shortcut
strg+alt+backspace does nothing but strg+alt+del restarts my machine.
using gnome i can type in up to 2 letters, but then it starts beeping on every key
exept of strg+alt+Fn (where n is the console X is on)
i tried several inputconfigurations in /etc/X11/xorg.conf but nothing worked.
communicational problems between the server and the clients?
do i need an all-new xkbd-configuration?
i found a XF86.conf suited to my laptop and i used information from it (for example the monitorsection) but nothing else worked.
i viewed the logfiles but couldnt any keyboard-relating problems ...
