New port added with modifications, mainly:

- simplify port by inline patching from Makefile
- use ALL_TARGET and INSTALL_TARGET instead of patching in all and install
  targets into vendor Makefile
- no need to patch uninstall, it's never used by the port
- proper handling of pkg-message using SUB_FILES
