ports/76227: RLE support for graphics/fbm

Interesting! I'm planning to buy a computer that can tun FreeBSD-amd64 anyways
;-). 

If you want add the patch-rle* it shouldn't affect the build and the original
code is wrong, feel free to leave the PR closed... I'll check again when I have
my new box.
