Located the new website for mail/yadda and well as the new MASTER_SITE, so
updated Makefile and pkg-descr.

I downloaded the tarball from the website and checked the size and md5 checksum
against what is listed in rev 1.2 of distinfo and both matched. I do not know
the complete history of why either changed, but the current version matches. So
I removed the BROKEN and un-DEPRECATED the port.
