>Description:
Version 3.05 of Apache::AuthCookie has a bug in the ModPerl2 module that erroneously calls the function Apache::unescape_url instead of Apache::URI::unescape_url on line 146.  This problem has been fixed as of Version 3.06.
>How-To-Repeat:
The problem can be reproduced by installing and configuring the Apache::AuthCookieDBI module under Apache 2 / ModPerl2 / Perl 5.8.6.  It will fail with runtime error when authenticating users.
