ports/76434: sysutils/lcdproc coredumps when started with the HD44780 driver

 These core dumps result from lcdproc not holding a file descriptor on 
 /dev/io when accessing the parallel port directly. Patches for the 
 current development version 0.5dev are available from my website 
 http://mdolze.gmxhome.de/lcdproc.shtml. 0.4.x is not yet fixed.
