ports/78324: KDE-3.3.2: no system sound messages are played with arts

 Reset all notification settings to defaults in KDE Control Center / Sound & 
 Multimedia / System Notifications and apply.
 
 Then rm ~/.kde/share/config/knotifyrc, restart KDE and check if notifications 
 work again.
