>Description:
wmnetselect is vestigial software. There is no known source for the
build tarballs and the author has dropped off the net. Additionally,
its function has not been useful or relevant to FreeBSD users for
many years. Improvements in browser facilities (Firefox and Mozilla)
as well as advances in window manager and desktop environment
capabilities have long ago rendered wmnetselect useless. The port
should simply be removed. It can't be installed presently and nobody
will miss it.
>How-To-Repeat:
Devise a creative reason to care about wmnetselect and then
attempt to install it from ports.
>Fix:
Remove the wmnetselect port from the ports tree.
