>Description:
If the latest version of multimedia/libquicktime in ports (0.9.4) is installed, the build of multimedia/mjpegtools fails:
cc -O -pipe -march=athlon-xp -Wall -Wunused -o .libs/lavplay lavplay.o -Wl,-rpath -Wl,/usr/local/lib ../utils/libmjpegutils.a
./.libs/liblavplay.so -L/usr/local/lib ./.libs/liblavjpeg.so -L/usr/local/src/jpeg-mmx ./.libs/liblavfile.so -lquicktime -lz
-ljpeg-mmx -ldv -lm -lglib12 -lpthread -lSDL-1.1 -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11 -pthread -Wl,--rpath -Wl,/usr/local/lib
./.libs/liblavfile.so: undefined reference to `quicktime_read_audio'
According to <http://www.mail-archive.com/mjpeg-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg05236.html>, this is known, and the CVS version of mjpegtools fixes it. I don't know if the fix could be backported.
