I just don't see how this could ever fly. If you want to integrate portmanager
into the Ports Collection, first push it into the base system, then modify
files under Mk/. Hacking individual ports just isn't option.

The build failure on pointyhat can be fixed with a one-line patch to configure
script. I'll do it later.
