The port multimedia/x264 is marked as broken for 4.x (reason: "does not install
correctly"). This is not true on my 4.x machine, removing the BROKEN line from
the Makefile of this ports allows me to upgrade it without any complaints.

Install x264 on FreeBSD 4.x without the BROKEN line.
