ports/80018: textproc/py-4suite 0.11.1 -> 1.0b1 - port expires in 24 hrs!

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the textproc/py-4suite port, and am one of
the core developers of 4Suite.

I've just submitted a new version of the port as a massive diff:

The resulting mailing list message was slightly over the limit of 400K,
so it did not go through. I don't know if posts that large ever get
approved to go through.

The reason I am writing is because the port has been broken for
a while and is going to be deleted on Monday, April 18, if nothing
is done before then.

So, I'd like to ask that someone either review the updated version I
submitted ASAP, or just extend the deadline a bit (again).
