It's not a terrible problem, so there is no reason to feel particularly
sorry -- it's just that it requires extra handling to reformat. GNATS
is very particular about the data that it receives.

By this I'm trying to imply that rather than

Synopsis: update DTC web hosting control panel

we prefer

  Synopsis: update sysutils/dtc

With the literal category and literal portname in the Synopsis, it is
easier to identify which port the PR is for. Since we are approaching
our 13,000th port this help is appreciated :-)

The following chapter of the 'Submitting a PR document' tries to be
specific about this:

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/problem-reports/article.html#PR-WRITING

No, only a FreeBSD committer can edit the PRs once they have been sent,
but I have already gone back and reformatted it. (Don't worry, this is
a fairly common occurence). While all the information is there, it
just makes it harder to read when using edit-pr or reading the report's
page in a web browser.

I will try to make a note to myself to add a comment about line wrapping
to this documentation after the docs freeze for 5.4 is lifted.
