when you run make in /usr/ports/java/jdk14 with no required files
in /usr/ports/distfiles (ports updated 20041125), you got that error:
printf: missing format character
===> jdk-1.4.2p6_6 is*** Error code 1
Stop in /usr/ports/java/jdk14.
