Thanks for taking care of this PR.

There are two reasons for the plist changes:

1. I didn't figure out how the original pkg-plist was organized. This
   made it pretty hard to maintain the port in the future. So I
   decided to re-order it my way (by dirs and then file names).

2. Relabel from EMACS-CHESS-DIR to EMACS_VERSION_SITE_LISPDIR.

Because reason (1) already made a pretty big plist change, and we
really don't need EMACS-CHESS-DIR. So I decided to make reason (2)
changes and submit them together. 

If it is prefered, I can send another diff without the relabeling
change. And that will be a huge diff too.
