>Description:

I upgraded subversion from version 1.0.8 to 1.1.1 today. This resulted in the
subversion server being unable to read the repository, since it was built
against DB4.1 and now it builds against DB 4.2.

add a notice to ports/UPDATING that the DB version will need to be updated to
DB 4.2 format:

Shut down SVN server
cd ~svn/repos/db
db41_recover
db_upgrade-42 uuids transactions strings revisions representations nodes copies changes

I also did a force recompile of the apr library to make it pick up the newer
dependency.
