samba3 with openldap dont authenticate users stored in ldap database and dont chages a user password via smbpasswd. administrator password was stored in secrets.tdb via "smbpasswd -w ldap-admin-password"

compile samba3 with LDAP, SAM_OLD_LDAP, POPT and MULTIBYTE
configure a ldap database to store users ( unix & samba )
configure a /usr/local/etc/smb.conf for ldap
store a ldap admin password with smbpasswd -w ldap-admin-password
