Problem Report ports/73331

I emailed the maintainer of multimedia/mpeg4ips port a few days before I 
submitted http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/73331 and 
sent him a cc of it and so far have received no response.  When I 
googled lioux at FreeBSD.org and checked the pr data base for recent 
activity from Mario Sergio Fujikawa Ferreira <lioux at FreeBSD.org> he 
seems to show no activity since September 6 (nearly 2 months) in any of 
the many ports he is listed as maintainer.

How long should one wait for a maintainer to look at prs submitted for 
ports they maintain by others? Just curious,
