	japanese/lookup-mule has been broken after japanse/lookup,
	master port of japanese/lookup-mule, was updated to 1.4.
	I asked current maintainer of Lookup about support of Mule 2.3.
	He said, "If someone writes a patch which makes Lookup work
	on Mule as well as other supported emacsen, I will merge it
	of course. But I myself don't have intention to support Mule
	any more." There seems to be little chance that someone writes
	such a patch, so japanese/lookup-mule should be removed.
