ports/66639: [PATCH] x11-clocks/wmclockmon: non-fetchable, update to 0.7.2

I managed to screw up the description paragraph. :) This PR really
is for wmclockmon as the synopsis and patch suggest. I gave all three
binaries it installs short run, everything seemed to be ok after
a cursory glance.
