ports/64259: expat-1.95.7 compile fails with non-obvious syntax

I don't know the etiquette here, but spent a few hours tracking this 
one down.

fix is to configure with cdecl...

transient fix is to do the make, then go into the work directory, 
./configre --with-cdecl

((after making sure you have cdecl installed, of course))

then make again and everything should be kosher.
