1. BGP only works upon a machine restart if one manually
   performs a:
                                                                                        
        # /etc/rc.d/quagga stop
        # /etc/rc.d/quagga start
                                                                                        
2. BGP still takes several minutes (about 10) to pick up all the routes
   from the peer.
