Since I first tried to work on this PR, Sybase has changed their
downloading policies, and this port appears to no longer install
correctly.  This is my fault for letting this PR linger for so long
and I apologize.  At this point I should release it back to the pool
pool to see if someone else can try to move this (very antiquated!)
PR forwards.  (That was the reason I tried to pick it up in the first
place, to try to clean up the oldest new-ports PRs.  But I have just
fallen too far behind.)
