Support for mosaic has already been dropped.  (Why in the world
would you wish to install it, except as a research project?)
But you need to tell us which version of Netscape you are trying
to install.  In general, the support for recent versions of
Mozilla is quite good, which many people now use in preference
to the branded Netscape ports.
