Updating Samhain from 1.8.7 to 1.8.9.

Relevant changes:

o a memory leak in the mysql logging has been fixed

o a bug has been fixed that prevented 'update' to work without terminal

o improper file descriptor handling with more than one mail address specified
has been fixed

o the manual has been refactored
