Synopsis: build of docbook-sk fails repeatedly

State-Changed-Why: 
You somehow ended with docbook-sk registered in catalog
and not having package installed. Another attempt to install
the port will fail because it's already registered in catalog.

Please try following:
- Uninstall docbook-sk package if installed
- Clear /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/4.1.2
- Clear /usr/local/share/sk/docbook
- Edit /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/catalog and carefully remove
  all entries referencing /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/4.1.2
- Install docbook-sk from port
