	Maintainer update to comms/scmxx to version 0.6.4.1
	Original package changes: 
	- his release fixes a crash in getting phonebooks in certain cases, 
	- adds SMS timezone conversion. 
	- SMS time display now works in Cygwin
	- adds an iconv runtime test to better adapt to the
	  environment, 
	- deals with S55 strangeness, 
	- changes the default of how present serial bits are handled.

	Port changes:
	- Russian manual not installed temporarily since it is out of date.
