 Adding maintainer response which I got in private mail:
 
 Well, that pr looks like a good approach, I'll use this gtk2 patch for
 the next update (in a not-too-distant future :-) ).
 
 One question: Using this gtk2 patch, the right mouse button doesn't
 work in mplayer, instead the middle button pops up the menu.
 Is this a bug in the gtk2 gui code or just a special of my box?
