New port added, thanks.  I made a few changes:
- shortened COMMENT
- made DISTNAME more general
- removed MANPREFIX (MAN3PREFIX is automagically defined to the right thing
  with PERL_CONFIGURE)
- added appropriate @unexec rmdir lines in pkg-plist
- s/PERL_SITE/SITE_PERL/ in pkg-plist
