After upgrading tomcat to 5.0.30 I found my server.xml overwritten by default config. This behaviour seems wrong to me, port should overwrite only sample config (server.xml.sample), leaving live config alone.
>How-To-Repeat:
portupgrade tomcat to version 5.0.30
>Fix:
Makefile should check for presence of server.xml config file and if found only sample config should be overwritten.
