ports/70614: mplayer port doesn't build on -current

 Hi,
 
 errors like this one are usually caused by some CFLAGS combined with
 assembler code, for example -funroll-loops is known to break SIMD
 related routines in mplayer.
 
 Setting CFLAGS=3D -O -pipe should compile cleanly.
