 The quasi-operational theme really should be distributed with the
 background image, available at:
 	http://www.vectors.cx/media/thewall.png
 I have no idea why I didn't include it in the original theme tarball.
 
 I think initially I was afraid about redistributing artwork that wasn't
 mine, but then I got even more concerned about the volume of email I was
 getting asking, "What's the background for the quasi-operational
 theme?!"
