Update mail/postfix from 2.0.19 to 2.1.0.

I've included a basic diff on the Makefile and a basic distinfo for the port.
I'm not sure if the existing patches will work and what would break.

I also don't know if there should be a branch for Postfix 2.1.x and one for
Postfix 2.0.x (which would need to be updated to 2.0.20).
