ports/55948: install of ports/emulators/linux_base files with core dump

On a followup note, my previous comment about using the GENERIC kernel
was a mistake. It seems the important difference is whether or not I
am running multi-user. The install succeeds while running single-user,
and fails otherwise, no matter what kernel I am running.
