	On a machine running RELENG_4_5 trying to install any port
	requires that sysutils/pkg_install be installed first (due to
	the recent changes in bsd.port.mk.

	However, sysutils/pkg_install looks for and tries to fetch
	pkg_install_20030714.tar.gz, which is not available at
	MASTER_SITES.

	What _is_ available, though, is pkg_install_20030714.tar.bz2.
