 I total forgot to explain about the language part. Notice, it is install 
 in the gDesklets directory; not in ${X11BASE}/share/locale. It's gDesklets 
 author's fault and it's hacky. Hopeful, in future he will find the way to 
 allow us to install in the correct place without break the gDesklets. The 
 author is aware of that is not good.
