New port of py-bittorrent-core, a slave port, to call on py-bittorrent with the
WITHOUT_GUI define. I want to create another new port of gnome-btdownload[1] to
depend on the core rather than pull the whole of py-bittorrent.

After this is added in the ports tree, then I will send another PR of new
port, gnome-btdownload.
