ports/52393: New port: py-sourceview is a Python wrapper for the GtkSourceView text editing widget

I'm waiting for Ahmad (the developer of py-sourceview) reply.  It worked
fine with gtksourceview 0.2.0, but now it needs to be updated to
gtksourceview 0.6.0 (this version has several API changes).
